How much is shipping?
You pay shipping on every order, in every country. The cost is calculated from where you live and shown at checkout before you pay.
How long will my order take?
Made to order. Printing takes 1 to 6 working days. Shipping averages about 10 days and is usually under 15. These are estimates, not guarantees.

What size should I order?
The TOXIC HOODIE comes in S to 3XL. It's an oversized fit with dropped shoulders. Garment measurements are in the size chart in the product description. Compare them to a hoodie you already love. This hoodie runs slightly small. Our founder typically wears a US Medium but prefers the fit of a Large, so we highly recommend ordering one size up.
What is the hoodie made of?
Main fabric: 48.9% polyester, 43.4% cotton, 7.7% spandex. Contrast fabric: 95.6% polyester, 4.4% spandex. 400 gsm (11.8 oz). Black.
How do I care for it?
Machine wash at 30°C (86°F), gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Iron at low temperature, not on the print. Do not dry clean.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Every piece is printed to order after you place your order. Because each one is made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Check the size chart on the product page before you order.
My order arrived damaged, defective or misprinted. What now?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
Check your address before you order. Once an order is in production, we may not be able to change it. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll try.
